The Blu Room is a one-man multilingual, multicultural theatrical act presented in a late-night talk show format. Combining elements of comedy, music, cultural references, and current events, Rob Chen aims to create a safe space for the AAPI community to heal and celebrate their heritage and identity during a time of distress.

Join us Sunday, May 19th, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM for the premiere screening of the loveable “Muppet Style” puppets, Uncle John and Aunt Gu Gu as they weave a magical tale for a curious little mouse finger puppet. Using a vibrant pop-up book to create mesmerizing landscapes and charming paper puppets to bring the characters to life, Uncle John and Aunt Gu Gu will transport you to the heart of a beloved Chinese folktale story named "Lady Mouse Got Married."
